If you are interested in learning more about wildlife rehabilitation I highly recommend checking out the National Wildlife Rehabilitation Association (NWRA) at http://www.nwrawildlife.org
The National Wildlife Rehabilitators Association is incorporated for the support of the science and profession of wildlife rehabilitation and its practitioners. They have annual educational symposiums that offer both hands on workshops and lecture. This year the symposium will be held in Seattle, WA hosted by PAWS Wildlife on March 9-13th.
Check out NWRA’s website (www.nwrawildlife.org) for more symposium details. I always enjoy the symposiums but this year I’m especially excited because I along with several other collegues will be teaching an aquatic bird rehabilitation workshop. I hope you can make it.
